I enjoy saying that I’m fueled by an equal combination of coffee and a healthy amount of self doubt, which is essential for any writer. I'm a journalist, copywriter, digital project manager, and branding enthusiast. Currently based in Philadelphia, I work with a range of publications and businesses. I love seeing my name in print as well as being engaged with content production for unique digital spaces.
My professional experience includes short-form written pieces for news publications, social media management, collaborative editing, and content writing.

Originally from Seattle, but also a citizen of New Zealand.
I started my news career while working at my high school radio station, C89.5. We had access to the AP newswire, and I was in love with it from day one.
I enjoy telling people how much I love poodle mixes and libraries. (But really, they are the best.)
I can’t pick a favorite story I’ve covered, but this one I co-wrote in college is my go-to example of being exactly in the right place in the right time.
I enjoy taking photos and they occasionally get published, but I don’t call myself a photographer.
